Applications Being Accepted for:
Adoption Specialist
Hours: Full-Time or Part-time
Salary: Dependent on candidate's relevant work history and educational background
Duties:
- Prepare licensing/certification reports and home studies for adoptive or foster applicants
- Conduct required home visits and inspections
- Attend staffings, investigations and other required meetings
- Maintain up-to-date records on cases assigned
- Be responsible for timely quarterly and renewal paperwork
- Provide post-placement support services to families
- Coordinate support activities such as training, support groups and other activities as assigned by the director
- Comply with requirements listed in current contracts
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related human services field from an accredited college or university
- Home visit and case management experience helpful
- Must have a valid AZ Driver's license and insurance
- Must be able to display verbal and written communication skills that meet the requirements of the position and needs of clients
Licensing Specialist
Hours: Full-Time and/or Part-Time
Salary: Dependent on candidate's relevant work history and educational background

Visitation Facilitator
Hours: Full-time with required availability for evening/weekend hours
Salary: Salary dependant on candidate's relevant work history and educational background
Duties:
- Interacts with children, parents and other family members in a positive manner
- Work in partnership with referring Child Protective Services Case Manager to determine the criteria for the Visitation Agreement
- Complete initial intake to review and sign Visitation Agreement with Parent(s) or other designated family member or friend
- Oversee the arrangement of transportation for the children involved in the visitation
- Provide coaching, mentoring opportunities and redirection to parents during the visits
- Document all visitations within required time frame
- Contact or ensure contact of each adult party involved in visitation 24 hours in advance of visit to remind them of the date and time of the visit
- Reports all emergencies, concerns of children and building needs to the appropriate parties
- Maintains safety, security and supervision of children at all times
Minimum Requirements:
- English/Spanish bilingual abilites preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Education must consist of a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant experience
- Must have at least 2 years experience of relevant experience in child welfare
- Must have valid Arizona Driver's license, pass CCC driver's test and be able to be added to Center auto policy
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Must be able to display verbal and written communication skills that meet the requirements of the position and needs of clients
- Must maintain all Center and licensing training and certification requirements
- Must have computer knowledge/proficiency such that log notes can been entered as required
Family Resource Specialist
Hours: Full-time position
Salary: Dependent on Experience
Duties:
- Develops and implements a variety of family-centered programs which may include: Support groups, Play groups, Children's groups, Parenting groups
- Staffs SHARE (cash assistance) Fund
- Recruits, trains and oversees FRC volunteer activities
- Compiles and maintains client's files in accordance with established procedures including: all forms, on-going reports, and other significant documentation necessary for continuity of services
- Compiles data and reports to fulfill contract requirements or as requested
- Implements all activities in the Family Support/Family Centered Practice Model
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
- 2 years experience in facilitating Family Centered Practice programming and psycho educational groups with children/families in a social service setting
- Availability 2 evenings
- Bi-lingual capabilities helpful
Client Transporter
Hours: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: dependent on experience
Duties:
- Responsible for transporting children to and from appointments as scheduled
Minimum Requirements:
- Education must consist of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Must have a valid Arizona Driver's License and have a driving record that will allow you to be added to the Center's vehicle insurance policy
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to display verbal and written communication skills that meet the requirements of the position and needs of clients
Residential Counselor
Hours: Part-time
Salary: dependent on experience
Duties:
- Carrying and maintaining a caseload including appropriate and complete documentation
- Clinical work with children in a congregate care setting
- Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients and support systems
- Screening, assessment and development of a treatment plan that best meets the needs of the child
- Coordinating evaluation, re-assessment and treatment planning updates and diagnostic process according to agency policy and all accreditation and regulatory agency requirements
- Facilitating and coordinating discharge planning transition and follow-up
Minimum Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related behavioral area and one year experience in pediatric individual and group therapy
- Must be proficient in a Windows environment
Child Care Specialist
Hours: Full-time and part-time shifts available, 5:30 am to 2 pm, 1:30 pm - 10 pm and 9:30 pm - 6 am (Please indicate Sunday through Saturday availability)
Salary: dependent on work history and educational background
Duties:
- Interacts with children reinforcing concepts presented in class and group
- Admits and discharges children as per Center policies
- Charts on-going observations of children’s behaviors
- Takes appropriate actions to protect the well-being of all children at the Center
- Administers and charts all medications as prescribed
- Reports all emergencies, concerns of children and building needs to the appropriate parties
- Guides volunteers in the care and activities of children and promotes positive and professional relationships
- Completes housekeeping duties as assigned
- Assists in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks
- Attends daily staffings, meetings, planning sessions and trainings as required and/or appropriate
- Maintains safety, security and supervision of children at all times
- Participates in classes and groups with children as appropriate
- Assists with upkeep of outdoor play area
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a HS diploma or GED
- Must have at least 1 year experience supervising, nurturing, caring for, meeting basic needs of children (other than your own) OR 1 year post HS/GED education leading to a degree in child welfare
- A valid AZ Driver’s license
- Ability to work evenings/weekends
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to display verbal and written communication skills that meet the requirements of the position and needs of clients
